Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Growth Advisor at UX Brite. The Digital Growth Advisor will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by marketing and selling the company’s digital products and solutions within an assigned territory. Acting as an independent contractor, the Digital Growth Advisor will develop strategic sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, all while representing the company's brand and values in the market. While the role is based in Chicago, IL, it offers flexibility for some remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development:
- Market, advertise, promote, and sell the company’s digital solutions, including landing pages, brand websites, eCommerce solutions, and other digital products.
- Identify potential clients, initiate and attend sales meetings, and develop strong client relationships to drive new business.
- Execute a comprehensive sales plan that maximizes sales volume within the assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, providing them with tailored digital growth solutions that meet their business needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, offering prompt support and addressing any concerns related to products or payment issues.
Product Expertise & Representation:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services, educating clients on their features, benefits, and value.
- Use marketing materials, approved advertisements, and the company’s trademarks as directed to present a consistent brand image to clients.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and transactions, reporting them to the company as required.
- Provide quarterly reports on sales progress and commission earnings.
Collaboration & Feedback:
- Work closely with the company to provide feedback on market trends, customer feedback, and potential opportunities for product improvement.
- Actively participate in company-approved trade shows, exhibits, and promotional events to further expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital products, software, or consulting services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, and digital product ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience in UX/UI design is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, Design or related field
