Waterpin is a rental service for yachts and boats in North America. The AirBnb of boats. The project was built by an original outsourcing company that ultimately failed to achieve its original project objectives & was falling behind on execution. Relay was hired as a project manager to take a holistic audit of the project & get it back on the proper course.
